Hi, I’m Yoshi

I spent eight years leading product at Meta and LinkedIn. I shipped the LinkedIn redesign, Meta’s AI app, and the companion app for the Ray-Ban glasses. I hired, interviewed, and grew a lot of PMs along the way, and somewhere in there I noticed the part of the job I’d protect from any calendar: helping people figure out what they’re capable of and go do it.

I’ve also rebuilt my own career more than once, across industries and countries. So when a client is standing at an inflection point, I’m not working from theory.

I have young kids, and I’ve lived the reality of two tech jobs in one house with childcare in between: the 6am prep before the 9am review, the performance push that lands the same month as a sick toddler. When clients tell me they want a bigger career without giving up their family, I know exactly what they’re weighing.

Since going full time as a coach I’ve worked with 120+ tech professionals: job searches, interview loops, promotions, and the bigger, foggier changes. I love frameworks and strategy, but I don’t think they’re the point. My job is to help you find the answers you already half-know, and act on them with confidence.
